General conditions

Delivery schedule,

We try to process all orders, within 7-10 working days, with the exception of lace items that were on the site but were out of stock, if these have to be made again it will take between 4 to 6 weeks for these times to be finished.

The deliver, depending in the destination, it takes between 1 to 7 working day's, tracking code will be always notified.

A late delivery of the parcel can not be a reason of canceling the order.

Payment,

We accept payments by PayPal, Visa - Master card and Maestro, all are secured online payment systems.

Packaging,

We want that you receive the purchase in the same conditions it left us, so will pack it with the utmost care, we want you to get the same feeling as if you bought it on our store.
