Our workshop begins with an exclusive guided tour of our private museum. Here, you will discover the rich history of lace, the tradition of bobbin lace making and the fascinating story behind this centuries-old craft.
After this introduction, you will enjoy a demonstration where you can see for yourself how beautiful lace patterns are created using bobbins, threads and a great deal of skill.
And then comes the most exciting part: having a go yourself!
With guidance, you will be introduced to the basic techniques of bobbin lace making in an accessible and enjoyable way. You will learn how to work with bobbins, how the threads cross over one another and how a first piece of lace gradually takes shape.
No previous experience is needed. Everyone can take part and discover just how fascinating and surprisingly enjoyable this traditional craft can be.

Price: €50 per person + €35 per additional person, starting with the second person.
