This webshop is owned by Rococo.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made through our webshop and to every agreement between us and the consumer.
3. Product Information
We strive to describe the products as accurately as possible. Since many of our items are handmade, colors or details may slightly differ from the photos. Each piece is unique.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Payment must be made in full when placing the order.
We accept various payment methods.
5. Shipping Costs and Delivery
All orders are shipped with registered mail.
Belgium: €10 (up to 2 kg)
Europe: €17 (up to 2 kg)
Worldwide: €40 with DHL (up to 2 kg)
We aim to ship your order within 7 working days. We are not responsible for delays by postal services or customs.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
Since our products are handmade, unique, or custom-made, we do not accept returns.
By placing an order, the customer explicitly agrees to the cancellation of the right of withdrawal, as permitted under article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
If there is an error in delivery or a defective product, we ask you to contact us within 7 days. We will gladly work with you to find an appropriate solution.
7. Complaints Procedure
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@rococobrugge.be. We strive to resolve every complaint within 5 working days.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of our products, nor for damage occurring during shipping by third parties.
9. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (such as strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, transportation disruptions), we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the delivery.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Bruges.
